This building was purchased on April 12, 2000. The building is
a duplex similar to those of 1702 West Blvd, but slightly larger
2 bedrooms. They have been fully occupied since our purchase with
no delinquency.
Development Program:
We hope to begin a few major projects before the end of 2003.
These projects include total replumbing of the supply and drain
lines, relandscaping the front yard, and installing security gating.
