is situated at the corner of a dynamic retail intersection with
excellent access.
Three of the corners of this intersection are occupied respectfully
by B.J's Warehouse, Lowes' Home Improvement and Baby Love, and
Walmart. The average daily traffic at the intersection of 54,400
and 49,500 cars for University Drive and Oakland Park Blvd, respectfully,
